The map
The
map was clean: this is where he would find it. He just hadn't expected that
he’d have to get wet. Reluctantly, he swam out to the giant concrete circle. He
looked down into it but couldn't see the bottom. He sighed, took a deep breath, and dove under.
He
still could not see the bottom. He needed a breath. He swam back up to the
surface. Someone was there. They had the exact same map. They were heading to
the same concrete circle. He dived back under. He went that deep he found what
he was looking for.
After
he found what he was looking for, the other people dived in. There was another
way out he graved the golden crow (that was the thing he was looking for). He
swam as quickly as he could. The other people could not find it. They had left.
He went to go and change it for money. His family was very poor.
The
other people had given up.
